It is the future, the year 3000. It is now possible for humans to build planets and genetically engineer or create animals and plants. You are one of the scientists working on the animals, and it is your job to design and create an animal which will be perfectly suited to its environment.

Choose an environment and design your animal! Be sure to draw a labelled picture of your creature! Have fun!

Rainforest
Water collects in large pools and lakes which have water all year rounf
Poisonous plants – spines
Vegetation – leaves, fruits, nuts
Animals – snakes, insects, monkeys, fish and birds

Moderate Climate
Mild all year round
Rains for part of the year
Water forms pools and lakes which dry up towards the end of the year
Planet is very dry
Mountainous and flat
Tall trees with fruit and nut
Animals – rats, insects, birds, slow moving mammals, nocturnal wolf
